Private Beach:

Our luscious, sandy beach is the largest white sanded beach on the strip. It is freshly raked and lined with beach lounge chairs each morning. Beach towels and umbrellas are not included and pets are not allowed on the beach from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

Breakfast:

Continental breakfast is available during peak season from the last weekend of June through Labor Day. During the off-season, coffee is usually still provided on weekends.

Parking:

Parking is free but limited, so please plan accordingly in advance. One parking spot is allowed per guest room or suite. Please coordinate car pool options or Municipal Parking in advance.

Patio with Firepit:

Enjoy the cool evenings surrounded with your loved ones overlooking a cozy and warm fire with our gas firepit.

Gas Grill:

There are two gas grills available for guests to use. Please clean after using.

Beach Yoga:

Yoga classes on the beach are offered to all guests every Saturday 8-9 AM EST during peak season at our sister hotel, By the Sea Guests, next door. Equipment is provided. Weather permitting.

Ocean Views:

Seashell Motel is beachfront, so it’s no surprise that all of our rooms either have an oceanfront room overlooking the beach directly, partial ocean views with side views of the ocean, or no ocean view. Most rooms with a view have a private balcony.

Stairs Accessible:

All accommodations above ground level are accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator or luggage services available on-site. The room description will note which floor the room is on so we advise referring to this prior to booking.

Most rooms are accessible via exterior halls. Rooms 10, 11, and 12 are above the lobby, accessible via a narrow indoor staircase. These three rooms are not recommended for those who struggle with stairs.

Lobby & Concierge:

Our front desk will be happy to accommodate you with any concierge request, whether you’re looking for a nearby restaurant, bar, things to do, or nearby sites to explore, our staff will be available to help.

Please note, the front desk is only open during business hours, which fluctuate seasonally. The lobby/front desk is closed Oct-May. Please call or email.

WIFI:

Free WIFI is complimentary to all guests and available in all accommodations and throughout the grounds.

Housekeeping:

All rooms are cleaned thoroughly in-between stays after checkout. Fresh towels are provided and beds are made with fresh linens and blankets.

Maid service is optional.

Special requests are available and complimentary, such as irons/iron boards, hair dryers, and extra towels. Cots, cribs, and play packs can be added on based on availability. Please reserve in advance.

All rooms have self-controlled air conditioning and heat.
